The Agent-Based Research And Realization Of Physical Examination Information And Knowledge Management System

The existing physical examination systems are the basic PE(Physical Examination) information management, few are involved in the management of PE knowledge. On the basis of existing PE systems, in order to improve the efficiency of the physical examination and better customer service, we put forward two new knowledge management goals: application of physical examination standards knowledge and tracking services. In order to achieve these two goals of the management of PE knowledge, the paper studied how to use the agent-oriented software development methodology to develop Physical Examination Information and Knowledge Management System, focus on the fields of physical examination modeling, knowledge representation, implementation and maintenance of knowledge of physical examination fields and physical examination knowledge management goals.As an important application branches of artificial intelligence, knowledge engineering is a new synthetical subject and the research goal is knowledge. Its research contents cover knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and organization ,knowledge application and update. We use knowledge engineering,s theory and technology in the field of physical examination summed up the concept knowledge, standard knowledge and tratic knowledge ,to build a preliminary model in the field of physical examination, laid a good foundation to achieve physical examination knowledge management goals .We use the goal-oriented requirement analysis to modeling physical examination knowledge application and tracing services, use Prometheus methodology for the detailed design and development it on JACK platform. The newk knowledge management goals that we put forward can help reduce the workload of medical staff, and can fully use the raw data to help knowledge application and update. The two new requirements------the application of physical examination standard knowledge and tracking services that we put forward have important application innovation values in the fields of physical examination.It is innovative application that Agent technology in the field of physical examination in our country.1. According to the reality physical examination's field and new requirements, discuss the subject background of PEIKMS, we put forward two new knowledge management goals: the application of physical examination standards knowledge and tracking service. Established the modal of physical examination field, cleared the basic conceptions, objects and basic relations of this field, summaried standard knowledge and tactics knowledge of the field, laid the foundation for the PEIKMS's research and development.2. Analysis and compare representative methods of agent-oriented software development, focus on the Prometheus method and analysis the software development platform JACK and its characteristics.We analysised and discussed reasonably of develop the new knowledge management goals with these methods and tools.3. Research and implement the knowledge of physical examination on JACK, study the two main applications and tracking service of PEIKMS's knowledge management in detail, and research and design PEIKMS with Prometheus method.4. Finally, we design PEIKMS's knowledge maintenance on JACK development platform, implement the two knowledge management goals, and also simply implement PEIKMS on JACK.
