The Location Information Sharing And Publishing System Of MLBS

With the continuous development of wireless internet technology, location-based information service is the development trend for information society, which can provide information services based on location to users in anytime and anywhere. Army as a special group urgently needs location-based information service during carrying out various tasks, and because of the lack of information sharing between users the traditional location-based information system can not meet the needs of military users. Therefore, Location information sharing and dissemination system of the military location service has important practical significance, which can enhance the military's battlefield information-sharing capacity, the level of integration of operations and the combat effectiveness.This article do deeply study on the location information sharing and publishing mode of MLBS and build an information sharing and publishing system based on the Big Dipper Navigation Positioning which not only provides users with real-time location, location-based services, such as spatial analysis, but also the realization of the users share location information between functions. The system can provide users with location-based service and the function of location information sharing between users.In this paper, the specific research comment and innovation are as follows.1. According to the analysis on the characteristics and needs of MLBS users, and the deficiency of traditional LBS system, location information sharing and publishing model of B/S framework which based on the Big Dipper Navigation Positioning System is proposed in order to meet the needs of MLBS users.2. Based on the analysis of the user demand, the system frame and the information sharing and publishing function module are designed. In use of the methods of software engineering, a system prototype is realized by programming with ASP.NET in ArcIMS environment.3. Selects an appropriate database DBMS to designs user database, and realizes real-time access to the user database bases on the Oracle DBMS.4. During the system designing and implementing, several key technologies of location information sharing and publishing system are provided. According to the Big Dipper communication system only can transmits limited bytes data and users'unstable connect mode, Lzw algorithm and Broken-point Continuingly-transferring technology is adopted to avoid errors and lost in data transmission.5. After build the software testing environment, design the software test cases, the system functions are tested.
