With a constantly expansing size, computer network shows up a heterogeneous, dynamic and diversity face. Topology data management faces a lot of problems, such as large-scale data, the rapid change of network structure, statistical accuracy demand. Centralized topology data center can no longer meet the need of network management, and distributed structure has become an inevitable trend of topology data management.At present, a majority of researchs on topology data management are about topology discovery, and researchs on distributed topology data management as well as topology data fusion technology are still rare. To meet the requirements of distributed topology data management, we must take advantage of effective topology data fusion technology, merge topology fragments of network which are scattered in time and space together effectively, and then obtain a complete network topology information and ensure that network is working in an efficient and stable way.The status quo of topology data fusion technology is introduced at the beginning of this article , and problems of topology data fusion about time and space fusion are enumerated. On the basis of in-depth researchs on topology data fusion technology, distributed data management technology and Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA), a SOA distributed data management system is designed and realized in this paper. Several key technology as follows is researched. 1) Distributed topology Agent management. we deploy and manage the distributed topology Agent with SOA technology. 2) Design of topology data transfer. Data transfer supports a variety of data transfer protocols. Besides, some operations such as data compression, encryption, block and so on can be done during the data transfer. 3) Research on topology data fusion technology. we put forward three innovative topology data fusion methods, which can effectively solve problems of topology data fusion about time and space fusion .In the end, we will see the design and implementation of Distributed Topology Data Management Prototype System, which is a loosely coupled system with good scalability. Topology data fusion algorithms mentioned above are used in this system in order to solve problems of topology data fusion in real-world environment. In addition, functional test and performance test are done on the prototype system, and the result shows that the distributed topology data management meet the need of integrated network situation management perfectly.
