| Technology public service platform is aimed for technical resources integration and information sharing. By technology conformity, integration and optimization, it completes related basic construction and improves the ability of public service. There is importance significance to build a basic, open and public-service-oriented technology public service platform; it will benefit high technology research, industrial technology innovation, technology industrial application and social continuous development.Technology public service platform composes of two sub-platforms: technology basic conditional platform which mainly provides technologic resources sharing and public technology service platform which mainly provides public technology services. Nantong public service platform for construction project testing and project management is a comprehensive, integrated public service platform planed by Jiangsu Technology Department together with Nantong Technology Bureau. It utilized academic resources from Universities like Tongji University, Southeast University, Hehai University and Xian Technology University, which are all famous at civil engineering. It utilized also resource including information, human resources, equipment, project lesson learn from local big construction companies like Nantong Construction Group. By providing independent, impartial and public service, the platform increases the technology composition in construction products locally, improves the construction staff competence and project management skills, consequently it improved the overall competition advantage of all Nantong construction industry.The essay based on Web technology and visible template engine technology, realized the design of Nantong Public Service for Construction Projects. The results of the research are listed as below:(1) It researched the application status and realization methods of public technology service, and then it compared the pros and cons of those realization methods. Based on the research, the web based visible template engine technology had been chosen for platform design.(2) The essay researched the client / server, browse / server develop mode; it researched ASP, PHP develop tools and researched the relation databases like ACCESS, MSSQL, MYSQL etc.(3) The essay completed the interface design, module category design, module code design, data framework design and database structure design for Nantong public service platform for Construction Projects.(4) The essay researched on realization technology of visible template engine, analyzed the basic separation theory of interface and code, and described the set-up of visible of template engine and the realization of label plug-in.At the end of essay, it summarized the results of the platform system implementation, and proposed some basic ideas on how to further improve the platform. |
