The low-level light TV is a kind of night vision equipment for night observation through the monitor, depending on the intensifying of low-level light, it could image under low-level light and indirectly observe at night, with the characteristic of concealment.Oriented to the requirements of military and civil applications of long-distance observation such as frontier defence, forest reconnaissance, police reconnaissance, monitoring at night etc., compared theory with experimentation, based on former engineering application and existing ripe technique, the 1XZ18/18WHS high-performance super-II generation image intensifier+CCD coupling camera device(ICCD) technique and the with big relative caliber are adopted to make a comprehensive and high engineered low-level light TV monitor system. With the hardcore of the system-ICCD, the image signal completed by long-range target at night could be transmit to the monitor and the indirect observation at night is achieved. With improved resolution, this system integrated all kinds of actual applied functions, the whole performance is high, the effective stadia is greater than 3. 5km, the integrated performance keeping ahead inland, and at present it is the last development inland of low-level light TV.During the study, the experimental sample is fabricated, through the engineering experimentation, a mass of experimental data of low-level light TV are obtained and the principle and the whole structure of long-range low-level light TV monitor system are proposed, and the engineering design is done; the optics, structure, electric project, influence factors, key technique and noise are analyzed; and the development about the present defect of low-level light TV is proposed.
