The Design And Implement Of CRM System Based On SOA Architecture

With the development of computer science, enterprise information technology and the standard of new architecture of software design (Service oriented Architecture SOA), it is a hotspot to use this new architecture to design a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM). With this new CRM based on SOA, the customer can gain more services and production actively and individually.Making good use of the knowledge and skills of SOA, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Hibernate and data mining technology, the system realize the corresponding functional modules. This paper uses Struts in the front of user interface and there are several corresponding web services in every function modules in this paper, and the services can replace the process, after the web service, the session bean and Hibernate is designed and implemented, also every service is registered on the ESB which is designed and implemented in this paper, so this structure reduces much workload of maintenance and modification person. This paper also use the classify algorithm SPRINT algorithm of data mining and the disposal with K-means algorithm to disperse the continuous attribute to classify the customer into different sorts, so the basic information of customer is controlled by the enterprise.After a deep research on the new technique and elaborate requirement analysis of paper making industry, this paper puts forward the design and implement of CRM system based on SOA architecture. This paper designs several necessary function modules which contain several web services and the services are controlled by the ESB. This paper also designs the customer analyst function module with the data mining technology to form a cooperation CRM under the consideration of the corporation needs, this module can help enterprise to find bigger customer and know the customer well.At last, after the practice application of the enterprise, the result shows that this system has good operation performance, can manage the relationship of enterprise and customer correctly and efficiently and also can provide the environment for the development of the enterprise.
