The Research Of The Application Of Workflow Technology In Scientific Research Management System

Scientific research administration is an important part of management of scientific research institutions and colleges. So establishing a set of perfect scientific research management system can improve the efficiency of management and offer more scientific basis for the leader's decision. With the rapidly development of the Internet and the widely useful of campus network, it is greatly necessary to construct an scientific research management system to meet demand for it with extensibility, reusability, reliability and maintenance.The research target of the paper is the application of workflow in scientific research management system, firstly, the paper gives a deeply analysis to the present situation in workflow technology and the scientific research management system requirement analysis,database design and security design; Then, describes definition of workflow from many kinds angle, concludes some important modeling method of workflow, analysis a modeling method bases on agent, takes the business process of scientific research results inputting for example, gives the application of UML activity diagram and agent modeling in workflow modeling field.Secondly, a model of Agent-Based workflow monitoring according to the analysis and design of management layer,control layer,communication layer and resource layer is put forward on the basis of traditional workflow monitoring model, the function, cooperationmechanism and technical realization in the model are emphatically discussed.At last, the paper according to the customizability requirements of business process in scientific research management system implements workflow management system which can help to design, optimize and manage its bussiness procedure.
