Proportion of high-speed data business in the total has been increasing with the continuous development of communication services, and the most occur indoor, But the penetration on the building wall for the 2GHz wireless signal, is weak because of the larger transmission loss and space loss so that the quality of coverage indoor is often unsatisfactory, the TD-SCDMA home base station studied in this dissertation provides the solution to solve this problem and also provides a viable program of fixed-mobile convergence for operators.This dissertation first study key technologies of home base station such as network architecture, synchronization, self-configuration and self-optimization, and give corresponding programs,.based on analysising available reference programs. The function of traditional base station and base station controller are integrated in home base station according to flat structure thinking, home base station gateway is introduced to manage home base station and provide Iu interface. The master-slave synchronization method is used between the home base stations. home base station configure frequency, scrambling code and pilot power automatically by detecting the downlink and adjust these parameters according to communication condition. and then This dissertation study the features and specifications of the home base station product and proposes the program of it , which includes baseband part and RF part. the system is composed of some hardware module,such as baseband process and control module, ethernet module, SIM card module, RS232 module, power module, RF module and so on. Among these modules baseband process and control module is the most important. PC205 multi-core processor is selected as the core chip of baseband process and control module, hardware design is completed based on the chip. block diagrams are studied and appropriate chips are selected, partial circuit diagrams are given.The paper, based on existing signal processing software modules integrated on the PC205 chip, completes Management and scheduling software module definition, which is divided into management sub-layer and scheduling sub-layer, each sub-layer contains a number of functional units, Treatment process and relationship between the units are given so as to guide the late code development.
