A Study On Information Communication Of Peasants Enrichment Confined By Subsistence Ethics

Based on the theory of the Communication,Sociology,Politics and Social Psychology, and qualitative investigation and quantitative study, from the communication research angle, this paper analyses the peasant enrichment, which is important and urgent issue, by statistical analysis of random sample and analysis of typical case.Through the inspection of perception,comprehension,attitude and behavior selection to enrichment information of peasant, the paper illuminates subsistence logic during peasants'information enrichment, which is safety first and risk averse, reveal the significance of holding the peasants'subsistence ethics to new rural construction. This paper propose that we should construct a three-dimensional, raise the factor of safety, lead and optimize peasants'traditional value orientation; Secondly, we should give full scope to the advantages of rural interpersonal communication, foster opinion leaders of rural area, exploit conventional communication resources which have been forgotten; At last, during the government information communication, peasants'subsistence allowance should be considered not to threaten the peasants'right to live. Only put various modes of communication into fullplay, should the peasants become rich by informationize way.
