WeChat has been developing for seven years since 2011.As a social communication tool initially,WeChat now has evolved into a combining platform which connects people and people,people and services,people and business.In this process,the function and service of WeChat are improving,and the users increase year by year.As one of the most important functions of WeChat,WeChat Moment plays an important role in people's daily social life.However,with the complexity of contents and the diversity of the user values,some ethical issues such as false information,over marketing and the distorted values really disturb people while they are enjoying the convenience of WeChat Moment.As WeChat Moment is widely used in social life,how to effectively solve these problems and improve the social experience of users are becoming an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the theory of communication ethics and philosophy,this paper focuses on series of ethical issues in WeChat Moment,analyzes the reasons and explores how to construct the communication ethics system for providing better social experience.The part of the introduction lays the foundation of the research,mainly points out the background and the research meaning.Then teases out the current research situation about this topic and summarizes with the literature review.The first chapter is the interpretation of concepts and theories.Firstly,the concept and basic principles of WeChat Moment communication ethics are expounded.Then discuss the ethical relationship of WeChat Moment from the view of people with their own personal and other individuals and society.The second chapter is the induction of phenomena and problems.Based on the surveys,cases and text analysis,this chapter concludes the phenomenon of ethical anomie in WeChat Moment from the perspective of information communication,marketing and interpersonal communication,all of which with cases to analyze.The third chapter is the analysis of the source and predicament.From the subject of communication,the consciousness of audience,the operation of platform and the institutional management,this chapter analyzes the reason.It is believed that the analysis of the users should include the communication behavior of the communication subject and the acceptance behavior of the audience.The fourth chapter is the interpretation of behavior and method.Aiming at the series of ethical anomie in WeChat Moment,this chapter focuses on the construction of the WeChat Moment communication ethical system.Then puts forward the specific path of constructing the WeChat Moment communication ethical system from the perspective of communication subjects,audience;WeChat platform and supervision measures.
