The dissertation is aimed at improving level in design and efficiency of Automated Storage and Retrievel System (AS/RS), so the computer-aided design software to AS/RS is developed, and simulation model of blue print is constituted.For the highest target of rack, a new set of space-based layout algorithms is produced, and the computer-aided design software to AS/RS is developed via using VBA to develop AutoCAD 2000 and Office 2000. The soft have the function of desiging plan, automatly creating explicit device report form with price and savign designed data in the form of electro- document and database.To simulate designed plane, a new multiple model technology is refered on the base of merits and disadvantages to Petri and Oriented Object, and the multiple model of AS/RS is developed using it. |
