In order to improve service quality and efficiency, to improve the visibility of the Institute, the traditional mode of exchange and cooperation organization has broken through, a special platform together with sharing, research, and cooperation has set up.This thesis will introduce structure and operation of Shandong Mathematical Society, discusses the necessity of developing and constructing the information exchange platform, and the specific design and realization of it, offer a network support for usually management and the business provides. Shandong Mathematical Society information exchange platform services for all levels of users, meets the different requirements of various grades and makes it easier for members communication, greatly enhances the work efficiency of Shandong Mathematical Society.This article described the choice of development tools ASP.NET and C #, completed the overall function design of the system, the design of the front bar and the background of each functional module section. Based on the requirement of these designs, an appropriate database system was selected, included the preparation of the data dictionary. And then described the technology system .NET used in the system, achieved each specific functional module using multi-layer technology development system, .NET technology and C# language.The main work in thesis is as follows:1. Introducing the background to develop information exchange platform and the research condition related technologies at China and abroad, studying the needs of information exchange in Shandong Mathematical Society, designing the architecture of hardware and software of the exchange platform system; 2. Designed and developed modules such as news, notice, academic forums, information sharing, implemented the network and information of daily management in Shandong Mathematical Society;3. Designed and developed a math contest functional modules, gave a system solution in detail of Educational Administration, grade entry, grade synthetic etc.For the first time, a professional service platform for Mathematical Society was designed and achieved, a combination of network management and offline management was achieved, the core thought of multi-machine system work with single-machine system was done too.Implemented information exchange platform of Shandong Mathematical Society has advantage characters of animating cartoon, beautifully designed table, columns structured, easy search, the creation of virtual community, provide interaction windows, fully embodiment of human design features, mean time a comprehensive backgrounds management.
