Nowadays, many project managements face the problem of geographically dispersed participants, diversified organizations, and heterogeneous resources. It is urgent for enterprises to acquire information from Internet and manage enterprise resources and production activities based on web technologies. But traditional PM (project management) models and systems are difficult to manage distributed business processes efficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a scalable, open, portable, secure and distributed PM system based on web. The development of Internet technology, in particular, the application of web technologies based on J2EE, provides the powerfully technological support for constructing the distributed PM system.In this paper, the project management, J2EE, Web Services related technologies to the study based on the context of enterprise applications, designed and implemented a J2EE-based project management system.The system not only has the project planning, scheduling and other conventional project management software for basic functions, but also the specific needs of enterprises, but also the realization of the development of new products for the process of collaborative multi-user management capabilities.MVC pattern in the analytical study, based on the development of new products for project management systems, the adoption of a model, multiple views and a controller of the MVC design pattern, provides a network diagram, Gantt chart, tree map to achieve a wide range of views on the development of new product development information and the progress of the multi-angle display and management, at the same time put forward the task graph of the multi-level decomposition, the layer-by-layer design idea, the realization of a refined grain size of the control tasks and tasks of resource rational allocation.J2EE technology of enterprise applications under the system architecture for a four-storey development, proposed in the Business Logic Tier and enterprise information systems add a layer between the data based on the Hibernate persistence layer, its packaging system, the data in the call logic, and data by providing a unified interface calls to simplify the developers call the code complexity of the data to reduce the system update maintenance, reduction of the reorganization module unnecessary to rewrite the code.Address the business-oriented, network-oriented, team collaboration model that mainstream application development mode between system modules, the underlying database systems and data exchange between the very frequent, the development process the data in the call with the business logic easily mixed with business logic developers scattered energy and other issues, the realization of the data and business logic separation. In a safe mechanism, designed and implemented multi-user control of the system security model, the development of new products to meet the management of the development of data and information security control requirements.J2EE-based project management system using Web services as user access to data, not only to facilitate the internal implementation, as well as with other application systems laid the foundation for integration.As more and more third-party software vendors of J2EE support, the project management system can improve the overall capacity of project management, control costs, improve efficiency and better respond to rapidly changing business environment, improve market competitiveness, to promote the realization of strategic objectives.
