Research And Practice Of The Customized Flow Modeling

Internet is changing our world here and where today. Now more and more people like to access help and complete their tasks through network. Web services provide abilities to communicate between users. Network application through coordination, organization, calling each service providers Web service, can easily provide more powerful functions. In many cases, according to flow composing Web services can better satisfy user's complex and customized requirements. In this background, Customized Business Flow(CBF) , a new process mode appeared. The most prominent feature of the new mode is that, the process is not customized by the expert, but by the customer in according to their requirements. The background of this paper is Tourism which is a field corresponded with Customized Business Flow.The modeling method of customized flow mode is a new one, which create process dynamically in according to customer's requirements. This method can cope with the individuality and rapid changes of customer's requirements elegantly. And it can adapt the complex situation in Internet easily. The key research point of this paper is the theory and method of dynamic creation of process, which is one of the pivotal topic in the customized flow mode.In order to provide methodological guidance to customized process modeling, Architecture of Customized Flow Modeling (ACFM) is presented. It adopts the principle of divide and rule. It divides the business process to several independent view: goal view, event view, function view and flow view, and introduces formal definition and data structure of every view in order to support the process modeling. Supported by the Customized Flow Modeling Architecture and interacted with expertise, modeling of process is completed by four steps. At last a method of verified rationality of process is introduced.The Customized Flow Modeling Architecture and modeling method reflect the characteristics of business process application in Internet. We introduce the theoretical study and implementation method in this paper, which is referable for business process modeling and business process management related fields.
