Xinxiang PSTN Network Intelligentize

Intelligent Network is a trend of the transformation of the existing PSTN network that can be modified through optimizing network, upgrading the operations providing ability of network to provide intensive, large-scale, personalized telecommunication services. It is the best way to achieve network optimization, business open and intelligent network based on the current network with the most reasonable manner, time and cost. Users to resolve data management and business trigger problems and to meet the need of network integration and evolution to provide more network services.In the paper, the author firstly analyzed the changes of demands on communications market and pointing out the main problems are unclear of network levels, variety of switching equipments, variance on provided business functions and low effectiveness on maintenance now. At the same time, taking into account of the network transformation trend and achieving the current network smoothly transferred to NGN and integrated with 3G, it is urgent to intellectualize exiting network. Then, the author briefly introduced the basic principles involved with intelligent network such as application protocol, trigger mechanism and called model which are the theoretical basis for intellectualizing network of PSTN. Following, through analysis of designed case of Property Database combined with Xinxiang local network status quo, adopt the way of upgrading the existing Board tandem with its basic function of SSP and external Property Database to intellectualize network.Thirdly, in-depth analyzed the current Xinxiang local network operating status quo then found out the exited problems and potential safety problems, combined with market demand, put forward the realization of the intelligent network which detailed accounted network transformation and adjustment of telephone traffic and specific introduced the way to achieve the same vibration business.At the last, the author introduced the integration development trend of PSTN intelligent network and next-generation network.
