Design Of Operator Station Configuration Based On Industrial Monitor

Configuration software is widely used. It can applied to data acquisition, supervisory control, process control and many other areas such as power systems of water supply systems, petroleum, chemicals .The demands for generality and flexibility of industrial monitor software increase with level of industrial automation and broad application of computer technology. Configuration software refers to special software of data acquisition and process control. They are in the automatic control system for monitoring layer-level software platform and develop environment. It can be flexible configuration to provide a good way develop the user interface and can be simply used, the various software modules can provide easy way to monitor the implementation and completion of the function layer. It provides automation and technical engineer a design control strategy and control interface tool.In this paper, Windows XP is the development platform and Visual C++6.0 is the development tool. After analyzing the configuration software architecture, we analyze and study the function of each module and method of implementation of the operator station. The design of operator station configuration software use multi-threading technology and modular design methods. These methods made the configuration software have some basic functions, such as user configuration screen, real-time and historical trend configuration, data print statements configuration.Graphics editor realize the creation of various types of vector element, mobile, non-property-class scalability and edit property function. Using the serial technology, created the library, provides the basic graphic element. It can realize several graphical object functions , such as select, copy, paste, shear, access, add, delete and so on. Graphics configuration screen has the advantages of friendly interface and flexible configuration. Designed a trend configuration screen can be a convenient change curve maximum, minimum and time value, at the same time ,designed the power screen, landing interface and report form configuration.
