With the growing popularity of online video industry,watching online videos has been integrated into people’s daily life,among which the food videos related to Chinese food culture attract more and more Internet users to watch.When watching videos,users can communicate and interact with each other through traditional comments or bullet screen.Users of Station B are more inclined to communicate and interact with bullet screen comments.Therefore,it is more useful to explore the social interaction behaviors of users in Site B through bullet screens for the platform.Analyzing the social interaction behavior characteristics of bullet screen users in food videos not only helps the platform to understand the behavioral tendency of bullet screen users,but also contributes to the development of food video industry.At present,the research on bullet screen,bullet screen users and social interaction behavior has become an important research topic.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature,this paper uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis.Firstly,the bullet screen information sent by bullet screen users in food videos of Station B is selected as the research data set,and food videos are divided into five categories: food production,food detective,food evaluation,pastoral food and food record.Twenty videos of each type of food videos are selected,with a total of 100 samples,to explore the characteristics of social interaction behavior of bullet screen users in food videos.Secondly,the purpose of statistical analysis is to explore the characteristics of the social interaction behavior of bullet screen users in terms of time,quantity and bullet screen text.The results show that the time tends to watch and interact during lunch,dinner and late night,and the number is continuous.The peak value is formed with the appearance of content interaction situation.The purpose of emotion analysis is to explore the emotional tendency of bullet screen users in social interaction content.The results show that the emotional tendency tends to be positive emotion,which is affected by the creator’s narrative mode,emotional transmission,video background music,scene rendering and character image and expression.The purpose of LDA keyword analysis is to explore the characteristics of theme words in the social interaction content of bullet screen users.The results show that the creator ID,the special name of the video character or the second person are used to interact with the creator,and the users mostly use the first person of "I" and "we",and tend to ask,reply,answer and popular science.The purpose of social network analysis is to explore the social network characteristics between bullet screen users and bullet screen users.The results show that the characteristics of "small world" and following behavior are obvious in the social network,and the interactive content is mostly extension and secondary creation.Finally,management suggestions are put forward for the platform and food video creators: the platform should attach importance to the review of video content and the filtering and guidance of bullet screen content,and develop diversified functions of bullet screen;Creators should attach importance to the guidance of correct values in the content of their works.Creators of different types of food videos can choose the right time to release their works,appropriately add content scenes,form video styles and content with personal characteristics,maintain the connection with consumers,and form a fan base.This paper enriched the research of users’ social interaction behaviors,helped the platform and food video creators to understand and understand the social interaction behaviors of bullet screen users,enhanced the platform’s user stickiness and the popularity of food video,and improved the operation quality of the platform and food video industry.
