With the continued development of the global economy, the output and traffic capacity of the flammable, explosive and toxic gas increase dramatically. The accidents happen frequently during the transportation that caused an unpredicted and beyond retrieval loss on the environment and people's lives and property. The main reason attributed to this is negligence or lacking supervision. Therefore, to establish a wide coverage, real-time toxic gas monitoring network has become an inevitable requirement.In this paper, I design the toxic environment gas parameters monitoring system on mobile source by using the modern sensor technology, electronic technology and computer and communication technology. The system can collect the toxic gas concentration, temperature and humidity parameters around the mobile sources. It can monitor the state of the toxic gas at the real-time. It is able to make a warning when parameters are unusual. The system mainly contains detector part, data acquisition and transmission part and data management software part.I design the gas concentration detector, temperature detector and humidity detector by using of the analog circuits and digital circuit. That can make the non-power signals into a linear output voltage signal. I design A/D conversion by using ADC0809 analog-to-digital conversion chip, and design data acquisition hardware circuit that make the AT89C51 single-chip micro-controller. The system can implement remote data transmission by using of wireless data communication module TC35i. The system using Delphi software development platform to complete data management software design can implement real-time display data, historical inquiries, print and other function. At the same time, it can send the command that make the mobile sources collect data. In this paper, the design of toxic environment gas parameters monitoring system on mobile source is reasonable and stable after the actual verification. Acquisition and transmission is timely and accurate. The subject has important significance for the gas monitoring technology.
