Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Agent In Semantic Web Service Environment

Semantic Web Service is a new generation Web Service technology based on ontology, and Open Service Architecture is a new type of delivery for Telecom Network Service Capabilities. Combine Semantic Web with Telecom Open Service Framework to build a user-centric Semantic Web Services Environment for Telecommunication field, will support the integration of telecom services and Internet services and assist inosculating user's personalized information into the selection and execution of service.Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Semantic Web and Parlay X, introduces the semantization of Telecom Network Service Capabilities, and proposes a user-centric Telecommunications Semantic Web Service Framework. Then the paper proposes the Intelligent Agent's functional and non-functional requirements through analyzing it as a service invoker, business platform and user agent. It is mentioned that the paper designs and implements the intelligent agent framework according to its requirements, with focusing on the design of message format, implementation of Message Agent, expansion of OWL-S API, and modeling of telecommunication domain user preferences. Finally, we illustrate the working mechanism of Intelligent Agent and the influence of user preferences on the progress of query, selection and execution by business examples.
