With the rapid development of information technology and the rise of theSemantic Web, making full use of the capacity of Semantic Web technologies in theextension of semantic operation, and restructuring multiple Semantic Web Services tomeet users’ needs to overcome the limitations of a single Semantic Web Service is themain goal of Semantic Web Service Composition.The Agent technology and User’s QoS preferences-driven are both the effectiveways to solve the problem of Semantic Web service composition, but among thecurrent methods of Semantic Web service composition based on Agent technology, theuse of multi-agent cooperation to solve problems exists some questions:,and it doesnot take into account of the non-functional requirements of users, such as user’spreferences. While in the User QoS preference-driven combination methods, becauseof the ambiguity and uncertainty of user’s preferences and many services with samefunction exit in the service space, so there are some difficults for users to select theoptimal services composition that corresponds to user’s preferences.After deeply analysis of the current researches of Semantic Web ServiceComposition, this paper provides an approach of Semantic Web Services Combinationfrom as the following two aspects. On the hand of non-functional combination,thispaper provides fuzzy and unqualitative description of user’s QoS preferences,and afunction of service utility which quantifies the user QoS preference is proposedcombining with environmental constraints,at the meantime,This paper takesadvantage of the dynamic description logic’s knowledge representation ability inoptimizing the Web services space, which made it easier for the user to select theoptimal path of semantic Web service composition.On the other hand of the functionalcombination, by the means of the creation of Agent model based on dynamicdescription logic, this paper formalizes Semantic Web Services as Agent’s actions,andgets the service composition sequences making use of Agents’ collaboration and dynamic description logic dynamic’s reasoning mechanism. Finally,the paper proposesan new approach of Semantic Web Services composition based on multi-agent anduser’ QoS preference by combining with the both aspect,then intelligently gets theSemantic Web Services that can provide the global optimal quality and accord withuser’s QoS preference. In addition, some simulations and examples are used to verifythe feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
