As the telecommunications market competition intensified, in the face from the market, customers, competitors and the development pressure of enterprises itself, the degree of user sensitivity of network service quality increase, operators need to continuously upgrade the quality of networks so that users can maintain A higher loyalty, allowing operators in the fierce competition in the market remain. To ensure that users can use the Network in the most satisfactory results, operators need to control and monitor the actual user-aware information, as the reference for the network optimization adjustment.In order to further improve network performance and quality of user-aware, operators need to improve the ways of user-aware data monitoring and analysis. In order to Establish a centralized, efficient, and improve the user-aware monitoring and analysis system, control the potential affect of user-aware, and deep-level mining user-aware data ,multi-dimensional combination of rational analysis, target direct cause of the network problem.In this paper, acrroding the construction experience of China Mobile users-aware data monitoring and analysis system, a more in-depth reserch have done about the user-aware protection technology, the major work include the following points:Analyse the implementaion of user-aware protection technology in the telecommunications operation support system.Introduce the ideas and methods of the user-aware protection system in mobile network.Implement user-aware data monitoring and analysis system based on the key technology of user-aware evaluation system, proactively monitor and trends forecast.
