The EAIS-Based AIS For Cii

The Cii(China immigration inspetcion) is a important branch in charge of the personnel , boat , aircraft immigration. Guarding a boat in the port, preventing the boat from coming in and going out of monitoring area,knowing boat position is a very important part of work.Inorder to know the boat's position more easily and quickly, take the time which the boat come in and get away, at our delineation of regional,monitor the boat's position in any weather.we designed that AIS-based EAIS system,use this to monitor the boat,can greatly raise working efficiency and economize manpower.This paper is a detailed analysis of The EAIS-BASED AIS FOR Cii,for needed subsystems, methods and technology. Including the AIS(Auto Identification System),system of immigration inspection, distributed database and so on. Gives a complete system design and system realization of the core module packages, we also introduced the founded problem of the system after deployment and running.
