Research And Implementation Of Patent Information Retrieval Experimental System

Patent information is the information carrier which integrates the technical information, legal information and economic information, it contains a number of forward-looking information, and enormous strategic information resources in patent information, it documents scientific and technological progress in human development history, it also reflects the latest achievements in technological development. We need to find patent information before scientific research project, resolve the technical problems, development of new products, the latest invention patent applications, the introduction of advanced technology at home and abroad, the handling of patent infringement disputes, learn competitors and so on. Patent information relates to various areas, if we want to achieve patent information needed for users fully and accurately, we need to search better way. At present, people normally use the way based on keywords to inquire patent information. Search based on keywords adopts a string matching method, this method can not retrieve information on the semantic level, and can not reflect the true intentions of the user search, this leads to search results of integral and veracity can not meet the needs of users. To improve the quality of patent information retrieval, semantics will be introduced to the patent information retrieval.As a new technology of information retrieval, the semantic retrieval can retrieve information resource fully and accurately based on the knowledge understanding and knowledge reasoning. Ontology as a concept modeling tool, can describe the information at semantics and knowledge level, through definition of the concept, definition of property, the relationship between concept, reasoning rules and process of reasoning, and so on, it depicts the semantic of contact between the concept, achieves semantic intelligence search. As the ontology has a good concept of hierarchy and support the logic reasoning, it can access to implication relations between the concepts, shows out hidden information. So Ontology can achieve the user's query for relevance lenovo, achieve relevance information of the user's query, so as to enhance the accuracy and relevance of the results of the inquiry.This paper explores in-depth and studies ontology theories, ontology techniques, and role in the realization of semantic retrieval, creates ways of ontology, and description Language of ontology, researches the key technologies in semantic intelligent search model. Based on the full study Jena application development package, I use Java language to develop patent information retrieval experimental system based on J2EE. The patent information retrieval experimental system realizes that users enter keywords, uses the concept of hierarchy and the logical reasoning function of ontology, achieves synonyms of the keywords, up and down relationship to the keywords, and other related information about the keywords, searches expansion of the keywords to available to the user, helps user to identify their information needs, provides users with more additional information to achieve search, improves the quality of patent information retrieval.
