The Application Of Workflow Model Based On Digraph In Key-Performance-Assessment System

The key-performance-assessment is fundamental to the human resources management, and it is an important means for enterprise to improve its management level. In order to strengthen the process of key-performance-assessment, Potevio decides to develop an IT system with this kind of function. Because the process of key-performance-assessment is decided by human resources department's relevant policies, policies' variation will cause alteration of the process. Therefore, the system should have strong flexibility to cope with above situation.The workflow technology can separate business logic from concrete service realization, which can reduce the effects to system when business process changed. Therefore, the paper adopts workflow technology in key-performance-assessment system (KPI system). If so, the system will be of higher executive efficiency and stronger flexibility, and it can provide better collaborative management of information resources and human resources. The main work of paper could be described as follows:(1) The paper builds workflow model based on digraph for KPI system. And then we study on the storage of process model and carry out it. Meanwhile, the paper makes model for ordinary staff's key-performance -assessment processes with above model.(2) By analyzing the workflow engine's main function, we divide it into six modules, for example, process model interpret module etc. And then, its key modules such as route management module, permission management module, message management module, are designed and implemented. (3) Combining workflow technology, we design the architecture and function structure of Potevio KPI system and give the concrete implementation. At present, the system has been put into use, and it achieves good behavior.
