Fierce global competition compels more and more enterprises to make the research and renewal of manufacturing cells a key factor of increasing enterprise core competition power for rapid response to fluky market. Most of manufacturing cells consist of some heterogeneous manufacturing devices that support computer control. Control system which acts as the core component has a decisive influence on the performance of manufacturing cell. In order to make manufacturing cells control system have the feature of dynamic real-time control, manufacturing cells hybrid control system simulation were constructed and hybrid simulation system was developed by the Web Services and CNP technology.Firstly, manufacturing cells hybrid architecture were constructed to component as the core; on the basis of the mentioned architecture, manufacturing cells hybrid control simulation model was built and analyzed every floor in the model; after compared with kinds of distributed object technology, the simulation model was developed by Web Services; Web Services communication was defined by the feature of CNP and service-oriented manufacturing cells simulation control software architecture were constructed. Secondly, the hybrid control system was modeled by using of object-oriented extended FSM and the conflict of the models was analyzed. Finally, the system was designed by UML and a prototype was developed by Web Services technology to testify the feature of real-time control. The conclusions were drawn and future researches were predicted at the end of the paper.The main innovation of the paper is to develop the hybrid simulation system using CNP and Web Services technology; the dynamic control process was modeled using OEFSM and the feature of dynamic real-time control was verified.
