As the development of technology, smart sensor,distributed monitoring and control system have been paid more and more attention and has gained an extensive applicable field. Using filedbus can connect all local sensors and execution units to cotroller to form a workshop digital communication network. Smart sensors with standard fieldbus interface convert detected analog signals to digital signals and then transfer to supervisory computer. Accordingly supervisory computer send instructions to smart execution units through filedbus, also execution units have standard filedbus interface.A digital smart instrument system is built based on filedbus technology in this paper according to engineering project. Smart sensors are exploited and sensor modularization is realized so that system construction can freely assembled according to practical detection and control node location. Third class network system is built to connect system and Ethernet and realize connection between CAN bus and Profibus abnormity network,thus system compatibility is increased. Network bridge and monitor system exploited are presented, also smart execution unit are introduced.Finally,system prototype are built and software are developed. System validity is proved by performence presentation and demonstration.networks, SJTU has faster and closer connection with the world.
