The Design And Implementation Of Chongqing Agriculture School Student MIS

Chongqing Agriculture School (CQNX) is a secondary vocational school, in which the student management has relied on manual operation for a long time. The documentation managing and storing are mainly in the way of Excel files and paper materials. Recently, with the expanding of school scale, the student number rises to 8,000 and the information data quantity grows up rapidly, which makes the traditional student management methods not be able to meet the work requirements. Developing a CQNX student-MIS is right on the way, which will make student management more informative, effective and regular, and radically avoid repeatedly data inputting, inconsistently data updating, information isolated island, and so on. Just at this background, the author designs and realizes a B/S Framework Based Chongqing Agriculture School Student MIS (CQNX Student-MIS).B/S Framework Based CQNX Student-MIS adopts ASP.NET 2.0 Technology, which is much more popular nowadays and can fully play the advantages of computer and network technology, dealing with student information timely, correctly, and rapidly. The system, with clear display and simple operation, possesses relatively great application value, which will increase the efficiency of student management and will play a center role in campuses information construction and no paper officering.The main work of thesis includes:①Analyze the student management situation of CQNX and other secondary vocational school; put forward the solution scheme of B/S Framework Based CQNX Student-MIS.②Compare B/S with C/S; do some researches on the relative techniques of .NET, ADO.NET, VS2005, UML, and so on; discuss the development methods of prototype method, life cycle method and CASE, and decide the development method of MIS.③Obtain the requirement analysis of CQNX Student-MIS, and recognize the actors on the base of student management business process, decide the use case.④Put forward the general layout scheme of the system, including software and hardware construction, campus network planning, system function design, database design, and database modeling with UML tool, Rational Rose 2003.⑤Introduce the implementation process of system: describe the login module system management module, enrollment module, and student status management module in detail; the configuration of Web.config file, public classes programming; show some view pages and codes; and at last design and realize the security policy ,system deployment diagram and testing of MIS,The application of CQNX Student-MIS is well used in reality and gains an excellent effect. Student management is right on the way to informational management.
