In view of the present serious environmental and energy problems, the state has adopted various measures to promote the protection of the environment and conservation of energy. With the development of Chinese economics and the improvment of people's living standards, an area of central heating has been increasing. The use of the adjustment of the thermal energy and information management systems can be effective in reducing pollution, energy conservation, improving heating efficiency, to respond to nation-building resource-conserving and environment-friendly principles and policies of a harmonious society.Because of energy shortages, fuel prices rose continuously,many heat enterprises have been losing money in recent years. They will make energy conservation and reducing the human energy losses on the agenda. In this article, adjustment of the thermal energy and information management systems have designed,the text is divided into six parts:First of all,Describing the role of the adjustment of the thermal energy and information management systems,the research backgroundand the significance. Designing the database for our system and completing the development of the database with SQL Server. Then Introducing Matlab and neural networks, analyzing structures, algorithms and training methods of BP and RBF neural network, both Speed and accuracy of forecast meet the industrial requirements.At last ,Designing the information management system based VC++, including user log,query and display,modification and other functions,solving the problem of the interface between VC++ and Matlab,SQL database .If the management system finished, It would reduce the energy loss of heat exchanger stations, improve heating quality, forecast instantaneous steam flow,.It also could estimate the energy required, provide reliable data to boiler control systems, reduce the large energy loss because of inaccurate demand and large inertia.
