MES is a production management system that connect with production and management.It is a real-time information system,is a basis means to rapidly frame strategies and product.The natural gas is one kind of clean and highly effective energy type, it adapts extremely in the modern economy development. Since recently ten years, the natural gas is very important to promote the modern economy development.For further speeding up the economical development, needs to raise the management level of the natural gas production , thus reduces the production cost.According to the current technical level, establishing and applies a set of complete natural MES is a effective way to achieve the low cost and the high efficiency modern management.In this paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of the gas industry production and management mode, combine with MES development, develop a natural gas production and subsidiary decision-making system. The system uses object-oriented development tool Visual C #,creates a background database with Access.It uses the Database-centric data-driven mode,has 6 six different modules: data entry module, data processing module, data statistics and display module, analysis module, GIS gas transfer module , the database module.In the practical application, proves that the system is simple, user-friendly, practical features, is very suitable for the production of natural gas.
