In the complicated electromagnetic environment, there is urgent requirement to study on the tactics of radar system countermeasure and to evaluate the battlefield efficiency of EW (Electronic Warfare) system. Compared with simulation of single platform countermeasure, the general problem of mission-level simulation is the numerous battlefield entities and complicated battlefield situation. In different scene, the simulation system may assemble different simulation models easily, and establish accurate interactions. Thus mission-level simulation requires more model reusability and system expansibility.In this thesis, various battlefields elements, including radar, jamming equipment, missile and command organization, are synthetically considered along with the project research, and firstly we study on mission-level radar countermeasure simulation system and put forward the design measure based on BOM; then based on the radar interaction relationship in the system countermeasure situation, we summarize the set of radar external interaction, establish radar interaction models and function models; finally, we propose the development of radar simulation software, which has been applied into project practice successfully.The thesis generally consists of three sections, which are detailed in the following. In the first section, the design measure of simulation system based on BOM is studied. At first, the basic principle of BOM is analyzed, including the content of BOM template structure and architecture, and the basic measure of BOM assembly is introduced, and the application method of BOM is put forward; combined with the requirement of radar countermeasure simulation, the framework of radar countermeasure simulation system and the hierarchical development method based on model are analyzed.In the second section, the radar models in mission-level simulation are established. Based on the interactions between radar and other battlefield elements, radar external interaction set and the description measures of interaction efficiency are proposed, and the interaction models are established; based on the analysis of radar internal function modules and their interactions, the mathematical models of control center, phased array antenna, signal process, data process are established; combined with project requirement, the jamming efficiency of dense multi-false-target on radar CFAR detection is analyzed, and the function simulation model of DFT is established in radar simulation module, which can improve the operation efficiency of radar model in the mission-level simulation system.In the third section, the development measure and implement of radar simulation software are put forward. At first, the design method of software is introduced, including software requirement and software design; then, coding practice and software testing are introduced.
