This dissertation presents an analysis of and a research on the modeling and simulation of various kinds of PD radar environment signals, such as target echo, background clutter, jamming, the modeling and simulation of all of which are accomplished with the application of Cadence SPW (Signal Processing Workstation). This paper discusses the modeling and simulation of three kinds of PD radar signals, namely, the coherent pulsing signal, the linear FM signal and Barker signal. What is more, it analyzes ground clutter and meteorologic clutter, and it presents the way in which they are modeled and the result of the simulation of these two kinds of clutter. Moreover, it analyzes the modeling and simulation of both masking jamming signals which include noise AM jamming, noise FM jamming, noise PM jamming, impulse noise etc. and deceptive jamming signals which include false range target jamming, false Doppler frequency jamming, range-velocity synchronous jamming etc. In addition, it discusses the modeling and simulation of PD radar antenna and the antenna anti-jamming technologies — sidelobe canceller and sidelobe blanking. Besides, it analyzes the effect of these anti-jamming technologies.
