In recent years, problems of urban expansion and housing demolition continuous well up. At the demolition project approval stage of the existing management mode, housing demolition management department can not obtain the housing information of demolition,so it's impossible to freeze the housing data files. They need to standardize the management model by advanced management tools. MIS of B/S structure is the mainstream in establishment of the e-government system, so it is a good idea to obtain the information of the housing demolition through the use of GIS in B/S's MIS from the map information.User Control is powerfully functional characteristics of windows Forms. It is a repetitious software package with many of controls and its functions. The User Control can be used in any structure system. The software developed with ArcGIS Engine can be used in B/S's system after it's appearance ,after that ,the bepuzzlement that ArcIMS can't be edited and ArcGIS Server is too costly is cast off. This paper design a housing demolition User Control by learning the housing demolition process. The User Control is linked to the B/S's system, providing information needed at the housing demolition project approval stage. It approved the management model past, which didn't obtain the housing information. Meanwhile demolition red lines are elements on a map, this create a management model of "Housing managed on map". The statistics information of the housing blocks and household can be stored in a database, they can also be exported to Excel which users often use. Project summary information and pictures can be exported to the report in Word format. These reports have played an important role in decision-making and improving the management level.
