| As the rapid development of mobile communication technology and science progress, people's living standards have been greatly enhanced, and the mobile penetration also has been increased rapidly. This allows higher efficiency and greater convenience in communication. Short message service is getting increasingly popular.However, some negative effects of cell phones are becoming increasingly prominent when we enjoy the convenience of Thumb Culture. Some problems about short message like Suspicious Cell Phone Messages service are getting more serious, by going against the socialist spiritual civilization, the socialistic market economic order and the clients' interests, which maybe result economic loss of people and influences a harmonious development of society. We should take corresponding measures on the technical level in addition to standardizing market of short message service, purging content of short message, strengthen the supervision of service provider and making relevant policies and regulations. Emulation filters of suspicious cell phone messages in this paper provide technology for us to solve the problem.In the paper, suspicious cell phone messages filtering system was designed and implemented. It suggested that unified whitelist and match Chinese information base on regulation technology in order to filter content of short message technology, according to analyze features of suspicious cell phone messages and introduce related technology about building SMS Platform, the whole bag of tricks of segmentation. Base on the analysis of design principle and implemented measures of each system module, the whitelist module, segmentation module, match Chinese information base on regulation module were designed and implemented, and then the system was completed finally.At last, analog simulation of system and experiment showed that suspicious cell phone messages filtering system can be good to find and kill suspicious cell phone messages. |
