Man exists and develops in communication. So the media and its characteristic of information communication need discussed. This paper aims at nowadays design being adrift from daily life, especially the actuality that corporation and designer neglecting study on man's living styles, analyzing the evolution of man's information communication styles and the characteristic of man's information communication styles today farther, while discussing the cell phone design at information age based on the information communication styles between man and cell phone. Study serves development. So the study on the evolution of man's information communication styles, the relative merits of cell phone in communication with man is to accrue merits, avoid demerits, make man's communication more smoothly, pleasurably and construct a new harmonious and fast-developing society better.With the rapid development in science and technology in this new information era, the speed of introduction of new products is so fast that provides people more choices never than before. It is reflected the otherness and homophily of different consumers demand by market segmentation, which can rebound to enterprise understand market and choose goal consumer in market activity. According to the market segmentation theory, the paper segmentalized cell phone markets based on income, price, style, consumption trend, function and aspect of cell phone etc.The demand of the next years global cell phone will steadily increase. With economy development, it is forecast that there are competitive markets in cheap, athletic, feminine, male, function consummate, students, the old and special, cell phone market in for our country cell phone market in the future. They are primary target market of cell phone production factory, and they are each other crossed and existed.Today there are enormous market, hearty demand and scorching competition in Chinese cell phone market. Market positioning should follow difference principle, individuation principle and dynamic adjustment principle. Cell phone enterprises can adopt following countermeasures in market positioning: design the product of vacant and possess demand in market and translate potential market demand into enterprise's market of vendition, according to each segmentation market's style and individuation, design products in order to meet different consumer's demand, according to target consumer's different demand design products, each kind cell phone should has inimitable notion.The first chapter of this paper is introduction, which gives a brief account of the background papers, the purpose of the study, its significance, and papers frameworks.The second chapter is the basic introduction of communication, combing substance and actual communication through tracing the development of communication. As the beginning of this paper's research work, this chapter induced problems in communication of man society into reality, clarifying the idea for further research on cell phone media.The third chapter is about the analysis on the default of cell phone. Cell phone brings not only convenience but also kinds of inconvenience. What we need to do is to carry forward advantages and to rectify disadvantages.Based on the third chapter, the fourth chapter discusses the influence of people with different communication styles on cell phone design and develops better cell phone design methods and business chance through the analysis.With the theoretical analysis of the former two chapters, the fifth chapter makes analysis and deduction of the application, introduces detailed explanation of design procedure including how to develop an innovative idea, visualize the idea, obtain the design and fast model and finally form the rational view of design. The fifth chapter also explains the whole procedure developed from scratch and how to change the idea into reality and make the goal into being.The last chapter gives some analysis and research on the developing trend of the cell phone design in the future, and expects cell phone, which is used in people's daily lives, will bring pleasure and enjoyment to people who buy and use it.
