Research And Engineering Design On Distance Controlled High-voltage Switching Power

The High-Voltage Power is the import part of Rada-transmitter. Combining the foundation of the high voltage engineering and the development of modern power electronics and automatic control technique, this paper discussed a kind of distance controlled HV switching power and its engineering realization used in long distance precision measurement radar. Firstly, the development of high power electronic device is introduced and the characteristic of several switching power supply topology-circuit is analyzed and compared. Secondly, the phase-shift resonance in series soft switching circuit is put forward, which has the superiority in HV switching power supply application. Then, this paper introduced the technique parameter of a phase-shift control IC UC3875 and its detailed application circuit. The hot design of high power electric circuit also is introduced.At the end of this paper, the high EMC industrial auto-controlled system used in HV switching power supply is introduced,which carries out the HV power supply to be distance controlled and automatically controlled .The engineering specimen machine according to this paper has successfully equipped troops, it is proved that the paper's project is viable. All show that the system operating well and safe with high efficiency will have a good future.
