Design And Implementation Of The Mobile Device Management Platform Based On OMA DM Protocol

With the development of the 3G wireless technology, the mobile devicemanagement platform based on OMA DM (Open Mobile Alliance Device Management)has gradually become a new point of profit. This paper introduced the mobile devicemanagement platform based on Software Engineering Theory from Hewlett-PackardCompany. The system used a lot of technologies, including mobile device managementtechnology (OMA DM), data synchronization technologies SyncML, as well as J2EEenterprise development technology.The paper intruduced the user requirements, system architecture, design of the mainfunctional modules and testing of the mobile device management platform. Thisplatform used the hierarchical structure of web service and distribution, modular designconcept to design.At present, the system has been put into use, fully meets the needs of the user with goodmanageability, scalability and maintainability.
