Precision Demarcating Rotating Platform is the equipment which can demarcate the optic system just like high multiple telescope and camera.It is a planar Rotating Platform that can carry out precise orientation.To improving the precision of Rotating Platform, besides depending on the design of mechanism,the Electronic Control System is also important.Aiming at the technology target which is carried by study,we design the Electronic Control System of Precision Demarcating Rotating Platform.In the article,we analyze the Controller,Servo System and the Controlling method of computer amply,at the same time, we design reliable circuit and the secure equipment and also we empolder and optimize the software.We adopt the method which is 'PC+Programmable controller' for this system.It is a control structure which we can called master-slave control frame.The system reliability is improved evidently with this structure,which has the strong ability of logical judgment and information treatment and manipulative ability of Programmable controller.The hardware of Electronic Control System of Rotating Platform include how to choose Programmable controller,servo electromotor,inspecting equipment and the connection of electromotor and drivers;The software designing include the program of computer and Programmable controller;We can prove that the Electronic Control System can control Precision Demarcating Rotating Platform accurately from the analysis of error.
