Network manufacturing is an advanced manufacture mode, which is implemented by production enterprise in response to the challenges of knowledge-based economy and manufacturing globalization. Its final aim is to respond to market demands quickly, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the regional economic development. As a big manufacturing country, the traditional operation of manufacturing enterprise still occupies the main status. The enterprises have no strong consciousness of cooperation and loose integration of Enterprise Resource, and their data sharing is not smooth. This problem is getting worse with the development of manufacturing and competition aggravated, and has been scarcely addressed. Thus, the establishment of network cooperative work platform using information technology has become inevitable under a global manufacturing environment, for the optimization configuration of manufacturing resources and realization of product cooperative design and resource sharing.With the support from the key science and technology project of Zhejiang Province, in order to realize the information sharing between suppliers and production planning cooperation, the suppliers cooperative work platform based on resources optimization configuration has been studied and developed in product development and production or other stages. By establishing the resources optimization configuration mode, it has optimized enterprises information and product resources, and proposed the weighted Support Vector Machine technique to perform selection of the potential suppliers, realized the resource sharing and effective utilization, and improved the competitiveness of enterprises and promoted the regional economic development.According to the actual situation and demand characteristic of enterprise, a method of hierarchical modeling with production resource and state is adopted to establish the resources optimization configuration mode, and analyze the information of production resource and state between enterprise and supplier from different aspects, fulfill the optimization integration of the resource of the whole system. The weighted Support Vector Machine algorithm is applied to perform selection of the suppliers resource, and it avoids the deficiency of neural network algorithm and contains the difference of sampling importance which is not including in standard Support Vector Machine. The validity of optimization configuration method and algorithm is validated by actual computation examples, and it takes convincing support to the optimization selection of the suppliers, and has both important theoretical and applied values. On this basis, it designs and realizes cooperative work platform system. It also introduces the whole structure of cooperation work platform. system and detailed design of each model of system and give further explanation about model implementation strategy and some operation examples.
