A new phenomenon which is called Network"Human-powered Searching" has been sweeping China recently.From the originator of the "Microsoft Chen Zi-Yao Incident" in 2001, till the classic case "Cat-abused Video Incident", and till the upgraded one of the "Photos of a South China Tiger", In just a few years time, as a needle inserted to the real world from the virtual world, the Network"Human-powered Searching" has caused many waves in both of the two worlds. Because of that, the Incidents of the Network "Human-powered Searching" themselves and this special kind of phenomenon began to attract lots of attention from many fields of our society, such as the Media, the Law, the sphere of Sociology, the field of Psychology and so on.From then on, The Network "Human-powered Searching" became to be considered and explored by them from multiple angles. But until now, as an important concept which has an independent but rich connotation,the Network"Human-powered Searching" hasn't been well understanded by the academic circle and the public. So there are much controversy about its connotation, the effect, the necessity of its existence, also about how to regularize it scientifically and so on.In consideration of the fact above, It is absolutely necessary to launch an investigation about the Network "Human-powered Searching".In this article, Based on the theoretical basis of Journalism and Communication, I tried to analyze the Network"Human-powered Searching"from diversified angles of views, in order to find the basic reasons of its occurrence, its motive power, also the key parts, the process and the effect of this kind of communication, the psychology in it, the phenomena of Agenda-setting between each other, its actual predicament and the strategies of regularization on it.At last, I tried to provide some pieces of advice on its development in the future.
