Dividing forms of training on the basis of transmission mode and appearance mode of information, e-Learning training and off-line training are the two major methods in the areas of training. The advantages of e-Learning to some extent make up for the shortcomings of the face-to-face training. However, e-Leaning still encountered a lot of problems. The thesis researches the actuality of development of e-Learning training. And based on literature review and author's experiences of the practical training, this text comes up with "Research and Design on the Strategy between e-Learning and off-line training activities". The goal of it is to improve the effect of enterprise e - Learning training with the guidance of Blended Learning.Based on the basic elements of training system (training contents, training goal, training environment, learners' characteristics, training evaluation), the thesis studies the interactive strategy. Through the application of strategy, the author designs training model and training program with sales training of primary position as a case. Combining the ideas of Blended Learning and Participatory Learning, the research emphasizes the systematic design, practical and participation.The thesis includes six chapters. Chapter one introduces the background, the status and the meaning of the study; Chapter two summarizes the theory basic of the research and analyzes enlightenment of theoretical studies; Chapter three and Chapter four are the main contents of the thesis. Based on the basic elements of training system (training contents, training goal, training environment, learners' characteristics, training evaluation), Chapter three researches the interactive strategy. Chapter four applies the interactive strategy and design training model with sales training as a case. The last two chapters, the author describes the implementation of the case in the enterprise training. Through the questionnaire, interview method, data analysis, the thesis illustrates the conclusion of this research and subsequent research direction.During my past two years of study and practice process, this research has applied in the enterprise training of several series of courses and obtained good feedback. At the same time, it is also improving in the process of implementation and development.
