Nowadays, with the rapid development of the military and aerospace technology, the demands of large dimension and high accuracy in aperture manufacture is becoming more and more important. No ultra-precision measurement, no ultra-precision manufacture. The work described in the dissertation is researched under this background. Focused on the improving the slender hole diameters measurement accuracy, a new method of pneumatic measure hole diameters are performed in this thesis. The hole ultra-precision automation measuring system is designed, which is based on the trait of pneumatic measure, and designed parts with taper hole gas-electric detection system. This article take the survey of precise components as a goal, compared with the existing aperture measuring technique and the survey principle, and unite the measured aperture's structure feature, proposed one kind of measuring technique of precise aperture with high measuring accuracy, strong antijamming ability and operating simply.Based on the study of the aperture measuring theory and technical research, the hole gas-electric detection system is designed. The system includes gas system design, signal recuperation part design, pneumat-electrical converter design, and the electricity gauge head's design. Taken VC++ as the software design platform, the data acquisition procedure is compiled, and the data acquisition for hole parts is realized. Through each kind of gauge head's design, has realized the different size components in the hole aperture survey. Through the database design, the metrical data management and the analysis is realized. Carried on processing with statistical analysis's method of data, the graph demonstration is realized and carried on the hypothesis to the work piece size. Through the graph examined whether to have the defective works, the process of manufacture processing error's analysis is realized. Finally, through analyzing the empirical datum and the system's error, the system's stability and the precision is confirmed.
