| The essay is aimed to design DK-1 arrester automatic tester. It is an intellectual test board which is designed to process DK-1 arrester automatic test. It includes workstation , information collector, integrated sensor, execution part ,text board and private data management system etc.The system works according to the relative test . The Test-bed style is used to guide the operator to choose in automatic or artificial way .The system tests the working parameters, then it deal the data with stati stic , collection, storage and print etc by the vocation rule. The database is shared in the LAN according to the vocation rule and authority of data management.Chapter 1 gives a landscape of the development of the DK-1 arrester and the annexation of automatic tester. It shows the problems and disadvantage. The following is the requirement of the new DK-I arrester automatic tester.Chapter 2 explains the design of Workstation part, information collector part, power supply part and cage.Chapter 3 expounds the methods of design and the fundamental and proves the plan is viable.Chapter 4 concerns structure of the database of automatic tester and the LAN.Chapter 5 narrates the source which is obligated for further improvement .The function makes the system is more adaptive for the development of technical, and extends the its life-circle.At last the paper gives the summery of the operation in practice to ensure the design.
