Information-based education is an inevitable requirement of the information society. It will produce network-based learning environment, digital learning resources and digital learning methods by applying information technology into the education and teaching process. With the development of network education, the educational resources are also developed toward digitalization, multimedia, network-based and subject-oriented direction. The subjective teaching resources website is generated during the information-based education development, which is the important content of the current educational software, especially Web-based education system. Regional subjective resource teaching website adopts crawler technology to establish a completed mutual trust policy, implements the security sharing and collecting of the resource data, on the basis of the developed traditional network classroom teaching applications, combining the goals of subjective knowledge study, comprehensive capability cultivation and information skills cultivation, to form a new digital learning method.This thesis can be divided into five parts. The first section describes the impact of the information technology upon the education, analyses current status, existing problems, theoretical base and related network education resources description and construction technology specification of the regional network education resources so as to determine the starting point of the thesis. The second part of the thesis mainly focuses on the analysis of the regional subjective teaching resources website system design, describes the general structure of the system and the individual module functionality design. The third part of thesis describes the implementation technologies and methods of the regional subjective teaching resources website system, introducing the system development platform and process. Part IV introduces the main service flows of the regional subjective teaching resources website system , including the operation procedure and methods of the individual components module. Part V summarizes the application of the regional subjective teaching resources website system in Weifang, including the preliminary results achieved and the problems found so far, and sets out the future direction of our efforts against such problems.
