Information-based education is an inevitable requirement of the information society. It will produce network-based learning environment, digital learning resources and digital learning methods by applying information technology into the education and teaching process. With the development of network education, the educational resources are also developed toward digitalization, multimedia, network-based and subject-oriented direction.
