At a high degree of integration between information and industrialization today, information has become a plan, control, management, statistical analysis of the core technology in the production. The paper studies the iron production management system which has high availability, and the aim of the system is to collect the production information . In order to share in an orderly manner, it also provides information to operators, so that they can take over accurate production situation. It helps them to formulate strategy and the corresponding production equipment testing and maintenance strategies, and for the subsequent production of expert systems to provide data support.The system combines the real Production, and integrates the whole production process, which includes: equipment management, material management, iron-smelting operation, data collection, and data statistics. Since this system is the mainly target for the iron works in iron and steel enterprises, and is based on the internal LAN, therefore, can use the original central database and real-time database to handle the storage of materials, equipment accounting, real-time ,offline data and data sharing .Relevant departments has identified the results, and they draw a conclusion that the results Play a positive role in informatization of Groups, industrialization, upgrading traditional industries by information technology, and improving the capability of independent innovation of information technology.In this paper, innovation is aimed at the characteristics of the iron industry, using the bottom of the framework + the upper mode to achieve the multi-storey development, the system has good scalability, basic services will be spun off, fully meet the iron requirements of production management. This paper researches the iron production management system which is based on. NET platform and also researches the realization of real-time data curve methods. This paper researches realization method of the reality of real-time data curve which is under the conditions of installed custom controls as well as in server-side processing logic, and gives the main points of realization.In this paper's last section, author analyzes the application and effectiveness of the systems and summing up the experience during development process.
