The main purpose of this paper is to establish an effective and accurate logistics model of iron-making system. The main modeling method for the logistics model of iron-making system is HCPN. It is well known that modeling iron-making system directly with traditional Petri net will cause the model too large and make the process of modeling the iron-making system difficult. The innovation of this paper is that HCPN method was employed to model the iron-making system, and Stateflow module on Matlab/Simulink was also adopted to analyze the logistics model of iron-making which has been made.The logistics of the iron-making system was modeled and simulated by the methods of HCPN and Stateflow, the logical state diagram of the logistics of the iron-making system was obtained. And the location of breakpoint and whether the amount of raw material meets demands or not can be analyzed. On this basis, the slag and gas of converter steelmaking apart in iron-making system were analyzed by Stateflow simulation. Based on the analysis of Stateflow, the quantity of the ingredients of mineral powder and the quantity of oxygen can also be budgeted. Meanwhile, the content of each component in the slag and gas of converter steelmaking system after the reaction can be calculated, which provides the theoretical support on the study of converter steelmaking in the future.
