Magnetic Iron Oxide material is the important basic materials in the field of modern electronical technology. As the development of information technology and the enhancement of automation level in the 21st century, it puts forward higher requirements of the Magnetic Iron Oxide materials and components, for example, component's miniaturization, high frequency, high performance, low wastage and so on. Therefore, improving the automatization of Magnetic Iron Oxide materials equipment and ensuring the product quality have the important practical significance in accelerating the development of Magnetic Iron Oxide material's industrialization.The main idea of this dissertation is to design a measurement and control system of Magnetic Iron Oxide materials. This FCS (Field Control System) system is made up of a PC (Personal Computer) and some microcontroller units, and data is transmitted by the Modbus communication net which is based on the RS-485 bus. The running condition of Magnetic Iron Oxide materials production line can be observed through the main display screen and the PC.Firstly, this thesis introduced the production technics processing of Magnetic Iron Oxide materials production line and make out the design of the whole process system according to the requirement of Magnetic Iron Oxide materials production line.Secondly, make out the hardware configuration of the microcontroller units and the design of software. As the main controller unit, ARM LPC2214 is introduced in detail including the Input/Output,peripheral circuits and so on. In the part of software design, introduced the Embedded Real-Time Operation System (RTOS). Every program module is designed as a single task and endued with relevant priority. The core of the RTOS takes charge of task scheduler and switch to ensure the real-time of task.Finally, the superordinate computer supervising system is designed by the LabVIEW. The superordinate computer supervising system can display the process flow,input/output conditions,analog signals,information inquiry and so on of the Magnetic Iron Oxide materials production line. Moreover, it expatiated every functions stated above concretely. This good interactive interface of supervising system is simple, visual and convenient to use.
