Digital watermarking is the technology embedding identification information into the carriers, but does not affect values of the original. It was not easy to be aware by human perception. The information Hidden in the carriers can be used to confirm content creators, buyers, sending secret information and determining whether the carrier has been tampered. Digital watermarking has been considered as "the last line of defense." in multi-media anti-piracy.E-journals are a new type of books. E-journals have same features as the traditional publication: containing a certain amount of information; the layout of the traditional book format, transmitting information by reading. However, it is different from the traditional ones: appropriate electronic equipment is required, such as computers, MP4, etc., multimedia features and spreading on the network.The main experimental method is designed for the E-journals Management System of our school library. The library currently is lack of electronic journals, but has a wealth of paper-based journals. We design the system presenting our school paper-based documents into electronic periodical journals. It is convenient for School teachers and students to use the library documents. Journals of the copyright in the electronic security issues, the digital watermark embedding technology can also solve the problem based on security of E-journals copyrights.In the first experiment, due to the 256 gray-scale image, digital watermarking algorithm is also based on 256 gray scales to strengthen the compatibility between the digital watermark and the original image. It is stable to keeping the original images'characteristic by the digital watermarking embedded.In the second experiment, we first embed the mark into the intermediate frequency system of the channel G by the Arnold scrambling encryption method and obtain digital watermarking image. Then, we add the digital watermarking image into original images in 80% transparency. The approach has three characters: (1) use the Arnold scrambling encryption method, so it is difficult to extract the watermarking information after embedding operation; (2) it can resist the attack from JPEG compression, cutting, adding noise, image enhancement and so on, since embedding the watermarking into the transform domain of the channel G, (3) the algorithm is very simple, and can be realized easily.SQL is used to design the Database system of the E-journals. It is clear to indicate the E-journals collection and the requirement of the readers, and easy to create the storage process and calling data.Design of the system interface is oriented to readers and administrators. The system for administrators focuses on digital watermarking embedded module; The system for readers includes reading-online module and downloading module, using digital watermarking embedded for security of copyrights.
