Paperless Electronic Archives Management System Based On PKI And Digital Watermarking Technology

With the development of the computer and information technology, people’s work methods and ideas have been changed a lot. In the Information Age to the modern office proposed new requirements. Office automation and paperless office are getting closer to people’s daily lives, this not only improves the working efficiency, but also save a lot of resources, thus high praised by the government and enterprises.However, the paper material, compared with the paperless, there are still some irreplaceable advantages. The main obstacle which to spread the paperless office is the technological factors. The biggest obstacle of the information security is the transmission and preservation of electronic information. Therefore, only in ensuring the integrity of electronic documents, secure, non-repudiation, authenticity and other needs of the situation, this can truly to achieve paperless office. According to this problem, this paper focuses on solving the security issues, the main aspects of doing analysis and research are as follows:(1) Analysis of the important significance of the paperless office for the government and business, research of the current domestic office automation, paperless developments, working mechanisms and the existing problems;(2) Studied the encryption algorithm as well as the encryption algorithm in the PKI/CA system’s movement principle. Utilizes the PKI/CA authentication system’s characteristic to the paperless work system, solved the paperless system how to guarantee user status authenticity and data security.etc questions;(3) Research of PKI and the digital watermark electronic signature technology. In view of the sensitivity of the watermark on the file changes, inserts the digital watermark into the document, and use PKI encryption, to solve the paperless office the information be altered and forged question.(4) Through actual project development and utilization. article this paper’s thought to a set of paperless office software’s development, practical use through the project, describes the mechanism of the concrete application of this paper thought, meantime verify the feasibility of this paper thought.This paper unified the PKI/CA system and the digital watermark technology, and proposed based on PKI and digital watermarking paperless office design, effective solution to the paperless office in the information security issues. verify how to use the paperless office system to solve electronic document delivery, approval and archiving issues, has the important guiding significance to the paperless office system construction.
