The temperature of combustion chamber is about more than 600 degrees Celsius when diesel engine is working. There is recycled water inside the diesel engine head and cylinder sleeve for cooling and the design of water cavity will directly decide the cooling effect of engine head and cylinder sleeve. If the temperature of the Inner Wall of Combustion Chamber can be measured, it will provide strong data to the cooling effect of cavity design of diesel engine head and cylinder sleeve. In this paper, we introduce the use of Storage testing technology and design a measurement system which can collect the change curves of inside-wall temperature field of diesel engine head and cylinder sleeve. The purpose of the system is to provide the real time measurement temperature data for hot coupling calculation of diesel engine and for further provides very valuable data for improvement of diesel engine design.In this paper, we give a detailed introduction of the theoretical research, design ideals and implementation process of the test system and make an analysis of the multiple experimental data of different engine speed and volume power. Experiments proved the validity and authenticity of the multiple data which have a high application value. This article is divided into six parts to describe the design and development of the measurement system.The Thesis can be summarized as follows:1. Give an introduction of the characteristics and developments of storage measurement technology. Make an analysis of the source, purpose, meaning and the main job of the topic.2. Give the testing technology requirements and specifications. Briefly describe the function of test system and do a specific analysis of structure and status of the system.3. Design the functional modules of the system, including the brief introduction of the single-chip, the design of sampling strategy, the system low-power design, the trigger design and computer communication interface design.4. Introduce the selection and installation of temperature sensor, specific circuit design of the test system. Describe the software program of the system single Chip Microcomputer and the design of the computer reading analysis software.5. Give a detailed description of the calibration process of the test system channels and cold junction compensation circuit, and make an analysis of the real-time measurement data.6. Sum up the full text and point out the innovation and inadequacies in this paper.
