For marine diesel engine cylinder head production process efficiency is not high, man-made factors affecting the welding quality, poor working conditions, high labor intensity of production workers, about the use of cylinder head welding robot welding technology program.According to the structural characteristics of the cylinder head, cylinder head design of analog parts, and using KUKA robot system, combined with weld seam tracking system to find bits and pieces of the simulation for teaching programming, search engine cylinder head to the starting position and weld arc welding process to ensure weld always in the center.
